The 911 RT, reimagined for the road.
Developed with Porsche’s seal of approval.
The Porsche 911 RT is a road-going reinterpretation of the 911 R race car, built on the foundation of Porsche’s GT3 RS – and developed with Porsche’s blessing.
Using advanced 3D scanning of the original race car, every surface has been digitally captured and re-engineered to integrate with a road-legal chassis. The result is a car that retains the visual presence and intent of a pure competition machine while delivering the refinement expected from a road-going 911.
This is not a replica, nor a modified GT3. It is a TALOS creation individually coach-built on Porsche’s exceptional foundation – engineered to deliver a sharper, more focused experience.

Full carbon fibre bodywork developed with MCT Carbon – the same specialists responsible for components on the Aston Martin Valkyrie, Mercedes-AMG ONE, and Williams Formula One cars.
Every panel is derived from 3D scans of the 911 R race car, combining genuine aerodynamic function with motorsport-derived proportions. Centre-lock wheel nuts and an aggressive aero package complete the exterior.

Bespoke suspension developed exclusively for the RT in collaboration with Öhlins. The digital TTX dampers are electronically adjustable via smartphone, giving the driver complete authority over the car's setup.
This is not an off-the-shelf kit. It has been engineered specifically to balance road comfort with sharp, responsive handling.

The naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six produces approximately 540 bhp, with significant weight savings over the donor GT3 RS thanks to the full carbon body and interior lightweight programme.
No forced induction as standard. No dilution of character. The focus is on throttle response, mechanical engagement and reliability. Power delivery is progressive and exploitable – on a B-road or a circuit. A turbo upgrade is available as an optional extra.

Each client receives detailed digital renders of their chosen specification before production begins.
Every 911 RT is individually commissioned. No two will ever be the same. From body colour and carbon weave pattern to interior materials and exhaust tone, each element is shaped by the owner’s preferences and brought to life at the Talos workshop in Yorkshire.
We aim to not only create world class vehicles, but investment opportunity too. True value lies in owning what others cannot. Only 20 chassis in the world means exclusivity. Our original concepts and world class engineering demand respect. Compound this with a very focused marketing criteria, and you have the recipe for a respected world class car builder, whose creations will be sought after by future collectors.
The RT programme begins with a Porsche GT3 RS. If you don’t already own one, Talos can advise on sourcing the right donor vehicle to suit your specification.
A dedicated consultation with Jamie and the Talos team to establish every detail of your build – exterior design, performance choices, interior materials and finishes. High-end digital renders are produced so you can visualise and refine your RT before production begins.
Your 911 RT is hand-built at the Talos facility in West Yorkshire, using components from the same suppliers trusted by Formula One and hypercar manufacturers.
Your completed RT is presented and handed over at the Talos workshop, with a full walkthrough of every element of your build.
Talos Vehicles is a specialist engineering and coachbuilding company based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, founded by CEO Jamie Thwaites.
Jamie’s path to Talos was unconventional. After completing a PhD in military history and working with a leading defence research group, he spent a decade engineering Special Operations vehicles for government and civil defence forces worldwide – including the T4S platform, air-dropped from an RAF C130 Hercules in 2014.
On the track, Jamie is a proven competitor: winner of the 2020 Ferrari Challenge Coppa Shell Championship and the 2022 Land Rover Bowler Defender Challenge Championship. Talos continues to race competitively in the Masters Historic Racing Series with a Porsche 997 GT3 Cup car.
The 911 RT draws on this dual heritage. Every carbon fibre body panel is produced by the same UK composites specialists who supply components to Formula 1, WEC GT3, and Williams F1 teams. The chassis and suspension engineering is developed in collaboration with Öhlins. This is not aftermarket tuning – it is ground-up coachbuilding to a motorsport standard.
With production limited to 20 units worldwide, each commission is allocated on a first-come basis. Complete the form below and Jamie, our CEO, will be in touch to discuss your build.
Jamie will respond personally via email, or by phone if you leave a number.
