The driving force behind Talos is CEO Jamie Thwaites. His father Richard was a successful racing driver, and being raised around high-performance machines ignited his lifelong obsession at an early age.
In the past five years on the track, Jamie has secured multiple victories and podium finishes, including the 2020 Ferrari Challenge Coppa Shell Championship and the 2022 Land Rover Bowler Challenge Championship.
His love of racing is underpinned by his ties to the military. After completing a PhD in military history, Jamie worked for a leading military research group. His work in the area brought him into contact with the Special Operations world, whose operators have been a constant presence in the development of our machines.

Talos Vehicles showcases British Engineering at its finest, delivering hand-crafted, bespoke vehicles that are tailored to suit each customer’s vision for luxury and performance.
Originally founded in 2012 as ‘Caged Steel Force Company’, we later rebranded to Talos and the helmet logo. This drew inspiration from the Greek god of war that encapsulated our values of strength, defense, and innovation.
When one of our T4S vehicles was parachuted from an RAF C130 in 2014, a jump master suggested adding wings to the emblem as a marker of this achievement, spawning the distinctive iteration that you see today.
As demand for civilian projects grew, our name evolved to better represent our mission, and Talos Vehicles was fully conceptualised.
In 2022, Talos Vehicles became a trademarked entity, operating from our headquarters in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

T4S
BUILT FOR COMBAT
Beyond complete vehicle packages and upgrades, we also offer full configuration of Talos Targa Special Operations Platforms, including the T4S. Each build is tailored to exact specifications, with finish options in black, tan, or camo. The T4S provides seating for four additional passengers, delivering capability without compromise.
T2S
BUILT TO STRIKE
Built for combat and tailored to the client’s unique specification, the T2S offers the same uncompromising capability as the T4S in a more compact, two passenger configuration. It is available in tan, black, or camo.
TILT & SLIDE
MAN HX60 4X4
The solid Tilt and Slide 4×4 units are engineered for strength and reliability, with their 5.1m body length and 10 tonne remote controlled winch. Each build includes a customisable 6 tonne tilt and slide system with power out ramps, an air conditioned cabin for a driver and two passengers, and a cab roof hatch for added versatility.

The next step for Talos was clear. With our motorsport heritage, we saw an opportunity to merge race-bred performance and aesthetics with road-going refinement. We set out to create ultra-rare machines that deliver raw motorsport pedigree alongside the drivability and finesse of their road-going counterparts.
